Abstract: يمثل موضوع هذه المذكرة دراسة للحياة الاجتماعية في وادي مزاب خلال العهد العثماني، باعتبارها تجربة حضارية فريدة تجمع بين الأصالة والابتكار. فقد أظهر المجتمع الميزابي قدرة على التكيف مع محيطه الجغرافي القاسي، فأسس نمطًا من العمران يقوم على البساطة والانسجام مع الطبيعة، حيث صُمِّمت مدن وفق رؤية جماعية شورية تراعي خصوصياته الدينية وتعكس روح التعاون. كما برزت العادات والتقاليد كعنصر أساسي في تنظيم الحياة اليومية، بدءًا من اللباس والأكل إلى الاحتفالات والمناسبات الاجتماعية.
ومن بين هذه المظاهر تبرز المرأة بدور محوري في الأسرة والمجتمع، كما حظيت المناسبات الروحية بأهمية خاصة، إلى جانب مراسم المآتم والجنائز التي نظّموا تفاصيلها، فغايتها محطة تذكير في الدنيا بالآخرة.
أما عن المؤسسات العرفية كحلقة العزابة، فغايتهم التنظيم والرقابة والاستقرار والحماية، ثم إمّا التوبة أو العقوبة أو النفي. وهكذا تتجلى الحياة الاجتماعية في وادي مزاب كما رآها مالك بن نبي؛ إذ ليست بحثًا عن صورة جامدة داخل إطارها، وإنما هي فضاء لتمزيق أغلفة العمق المعرفي لاكتشاف جوهر وقيم جديدة تمثل ملكًا حضاريًا أصيلاً هو ملكنا جميعًا.
The subject of this memoir represents a study of social life in the M'zab Valley during the Ottoman era, as a unique cultural experience combining authenticity and innovation. M'zab society demonstrated an ability to adapt to its harsh geographical environment, establishing a style of urbanization based on simplicity and harmony with nature. Cities were designed according to a collective, consultative vision that respected its religious specificities and reflected a spirit of cooperation. Customs and traditions also emerged as a fundamental element in organizing daily life, from dress and food to celebrations and social events.
Among these aspects, women played a pivotal role in the family and society. Spiritual occasions were given special importance, along with funeral and burial ceremonies, the details of which were carefully planned to serve as reminders of the afterlife.
As for customary institutions, such as the 'Azaba circle, their purpose was to organize, monitor, stabilize, and protect, followed by repentance, punishment, or exile. Abstract: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين الثقافة المهنية والاندماج المهني للأستاذ الجامعي،
وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين بجامعة غرداية. ركز البحث
على تحديد مفهوم الثقافة المهنية وأبعادها، وكذلك مفهوم الاندماج المهني ومراحله، مع تحليل العلاقة
التبادلية بينهما. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع
البيانات. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الثقافة المهنية الإيجابية والاندماج المهني الناجح، حيث
تساهم القيم والأخلاقيات والممارسات المهنية في تسهيل تكيف الأستاذ الجامعي وشعوره بالانتماء
والمساهمة الفعالة. كما كشفت النتائج عن أهمية الدعم المؤسسي وبيئة العمل المحفزة في تعزيز الاندماج
المهني. تقدم الدراسة في الختام مجموعة من التوصيات التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الثقافة المهنية للأستاذ الجامعي
وتحسين آليات اندماجه المهني في البيئة الجامعية. This study aims to explore the relationship between professional culture and
professional integration of university professors, through a field study conducted
on a sample of university professors at Ghardaïa University. The research focused
on defining the concept of professional culture and its dimensions, as well as the
concept of professional integration and its stages, while analyzing the reciprocal
relationship between them. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach,
using questionnaires as data collection tool. The results showed a positive
relationship between positive professional culture and successful professional
integration, where professional values, ethics, and practices contribute to
facilitating the university professor's adaptation, sense of belonging, and effective
contribution. The results also revealed the importance of institutional support and a
stimulating work environment in enhancing professional integration. Finally, the
study offers a set of recommendations aimed at strengthening the professional
culture of university professors and improving their professional integration

Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to investigate and identify the role of digitalization in achieving management excellence within educational institutions. The study focuses on a specific sample of educational establishments, namely primary and middle schools in the scientific zone of Bounoura municipality, Ghardaia province. To achieve the study’s objectives, a descriptive-analytical methodology was employed, as it aligns with the nature of both the theoretical and empirical aspects of the research. Data collection was conducted through a comprehensive survey method (total population sampling), utilizing observation and questionnaires as primary research instruments.
The findings indicate that management within educational institutions must expand the integration of digital tools to streamline and simplify administrative procedures. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the necessity of providing technical support and training for administrative staff to enhance their proficiency in digital software and systems. Abstract: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين التفكك الأسري ومستوى التحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من خلال اعتماد منهج مزدوج يجمع بين المقاربة الكمية والكيفية. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 112 تلميذا وتلميذة من تلاميذ مدرسة بنورة الابتدائية الواقعة في المنطقة العلمية بنورة، وهدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار الفرضيات، أبرزها: أن هناك علاقة سلبية بين التفكك الأسري بنوعيه (الكلي والجزئي ومستوى التحصيل الدراسي).
وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير واضح للتفكك الأسري على الأداء الأكاديمي للتلاميذ، مما يستدعي تدخلات تربوية ونفسية لدعم هذه الفئة.
This studyaims to analyse the relation ship between family disintegration and the academicachievementlevel of elementaryschoolstudents by employing a dual approachthat combines both quantitative and qualitative methods. The studywasconducted on a sample of 112 male and femalestudentsfromBenouraPrimarySchoollocated in the scientific area of Benoura. The objective of the studywas to test a set of hypotheses, the mostprominent of whichisthatthereis a negativerelationshipbetweenfamilydisintegration, both total and partial, and academicachievementlevels, withthisrelationshipvaryingaccording to the gender of the student. The resultsshowed a clear impact of family disintegration on students' academic performance, necessitatingeducational and psychological interventions to support this group.2025-01-01T00:00:00Z
