This study aimed to identify the role of the dashboard in enhancing management control in economic enterprises. To achieve this, the descriptiv e and analytical methods were used in the theoretical aspect, while the qualitative method, with interviews as its tool, was used in the practical aspect through a case study of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company - Ghardaia Directorate The study concluded with several findings, the most important being that the dashboard is one of the key management control tools relied upon by the company due to its distinctive features compared to other management tools The dashboard is considered a tool for dialogue and communication, allowing for the measurement of the company's performance and the extent to which it achieves its objectives. It can be prepared in various ways and methods, and this process must adhere to a strict methodology due to the importance of this tool in management control, particularly concerning speed and summarizing necessary information. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology and employs a case study conducted at the Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Center “Martyr Chabir Tayeb” in the Wilaya of El Meniaa. The analysis is based on available data covering the period from 2023 to 2025. The Helical Pipe Manufacturing Company of Ghardaïa was selected as an applied case for this purpose. To achieve the study’s objectives, a combination of methodologies was adopted to clarify the theoretical concepts related to the study variables. Additionally, a questionnaire was designed to collect the opinions and perspectives of the institution’s managerial staff.
