مهارات التواصل و علاقتها بالسلوك العدواني لدى أطفال التوحد بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي "الإحسان " بالعطف بابا عمر جلمان, حدة ياسمين; خير الناس, فايزة أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف الكشف عن مستوى مهارات التواصل والسلوك العدواني لدى أطفال التوحد بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي "الإحسان" بالعطف، وكذا الكشف عن إمكانية وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مهارات التواصل و السلوك العدواني لدى عينة الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وقد طبقت أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في مقياس مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال الذاتويين لـ مشيرة فتحي محمد سلامة (2016)، ومقياس السلوك العدواني لـ شيماء محمد محمد علي هلال (2024) على عينة الحصر الشامل المكونة من (27) طفلا من أطفال التوحد، (2) إناث و(25) ذكور، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات باستخدام اختبار t لعينة واحدة، معامل الارتباط بيرسون، المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، ، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:  مستوى مهارات التواصل لدى أطفال التوحد بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي "الإحسان" بالعطف متوسط  مستوى السلوك العدواني لدى أطفال التوحد بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي "الإحسان" بالعطف منخفض  لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مهارات التواصل والسلوك العدواني لدى أطفال التوحد بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي "الإحسان" بالعطف. This study aimed to identify the level of communication skills and aggressive behavior among children with autism at the “Al-Ihsan” Psychopedagogical Center in El-Attef. It also aimed to examine the potential relationship between communication skills and aggressive behavior in this sample. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive correlational approach was adopted. The tools of the study were applied, including the Communication Skills Scale for children with autism by Nesira Fadhel and Mishira Mohammed Salama (2016), and the Aggressive Behavior Scale for autistic children by Shaimaa Mohammed Hlal (2024), on a sample consisting of (27) children with autism: (2) girls and (25) boys. After statistical data processing using the Pearson correlation coefficient, arithmetic means, and standard deviations, the following results were obtained:  The level of communication skills among a sample of autistic children at the “Al-Ihsan” Psycho-Pedagogical Center – El-Attef – is average.  The level of aggressive behavior among a sample of autistic children at the same center is low.  There is no statistically significant correlation between communication skills and aggressive behavior among the sample of autistic children at the “Al-Ihsan” Psycho-Pedagogical Center – El-Attef –.

الصمت التنظيمي و علاقته بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط دراسة ميدانية بمتوسطات بلدية متليلي ولاية غرداية بثينة خلود, حروز هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الشعور بالصمت التنظيمي وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، وكذا التعرف على الفروق باختلاف الجنس والأقدمية، الكشف عن العلاقة بين إدراك أساتذة التعليم المتوسط للصمت التنظيمي وعلاقتها سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم الاعتماد على استبيانين وبعد التأكد من خصائصهما السيكو مترية )الصدق، الثبات( تم تطبيقهما على عينة مكونة من 051 أستاذا بمتوسطات بلدية متليلي، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي والوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة وبالاستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية )spss...1( تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية:  توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الصمت التنظيمي )الإذعان، الدفاعي، الاجتماعي( وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية )الايثار، وعي الضمير، الروح الرياضية، الكياسة، السلوك الحضاري(.  مستوى الصمت التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط متوسط.  مستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط مرتفع.  توجد فروق في درجات صمت التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس.  توجد فروق في درجات صمت التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الاقدمية.  توجد فروق في درجات سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس.  توجد فروق في درجات سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. This study aimed to identify the level of perceived organizational silence and organizational citizenship behavior among middle school teachers. It also sought to examine differences based on gender and seniority, and to explore the relationship between middle school teachers' perception of organizational silence and their or- ganizational citizenship behavior. To achieve the study's objectives, two questionnaires were administered. After confirming their psychometric properties (validity and reliability), they were applied to a sample of 150 teachers from the municipality of Metlili. Using a descriptive approach and appropriate statistical tools, with the assistance of the Statistical Pack- age for Social Sciences (SPSS 22.0), the following results were obtained:  There is a relationship between organizational silence (conformity, defensive, social silence) and organizational citizenship behavior (altruism, conscien- tiousness, sportsmanship, politeness, civility).  The level of organizational silence among middle school teachers is moderate.  The level of organizational citizenship behavior among middle school teach- ers is high.  There are differences in the levels of perceived organizational silence among middle school teachers based on gender.  There are differences in the levels of perceived organizational silence among middle school teachers based on seniority.  There are differences in the levels of organizational citizenship behavior among middle school teachers based on gender.  There are differences in the levels of organizational citizenship behavior among middle school teachers based on seniority.

المشكلات السلوكية في الوسط المدرسي لدى تلاميذ الثانوي - دراسة وبائية تشخيصية بغرداية - حموية, إسماعيل The present study aimed to identify the prevalence level of common behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary school students in Ghardaia. It is a diagnostic epidemiological study considering several demographic variables. The study sample consisted of 1,646 students (both male and female) distributed across 27 high schools in 10 municipalities of Ghardaia. The study found that the prevalence of behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary school students in Ghardaia was moderate among the study sample. Statistically significant differences were found in the prevalence of common behavioral problems among secondary school students in Ghardaia based on gender, and also based on age and grade level. (first-year secondary, second-year secondary, third-year secondary). There are no statistically significant differences in the prevalence level of common behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary school students in Ghardaia based on the academic specialization variable (literary, scientific). There are no statistically significant differences in the prevalence level of common behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary school students in Ghardaia based on the economic status of the family (unemployed, low income) (needy, well-off). There are no statistically significant differences in the prevalence level of common behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary school students in Ghardaia based on the geographical location variable (urban, rural). There are no statistically significant differences in the prevalence level of common behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary school students in Ghardaia based on the social status variable (orphaned student, student of separated parents, ordinary student).
