Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة دور التمويل الريادي في دعم مشروعات الإبتكار والمؤسسات الناشئة ،وتحديدًا مركز تطوير المقاولاتيةجامعة غرداية، في دعم ريادة الأعمال من خلال برامج التكوين، المرافقة، وتهيئة بيئة مناسبة لتحويل أفكار الطلبة إلى مشاريع ناجحة. ركزت الدراسة على دور مركز تطويرالمقاولاتية وحاضنة الأعمال في تعزيز المهارات الريادية وتمكين الطلبة من مواجهة تحديات السوق، مع إلقاء الضوء على أهمية التمويل الريادي كعامل محفز ولكنه ليس العامل الوحيد لضمان نجاح المشاريع الناشئة. من خلال منهجية وصفية وتحليلية اعتمدت على دراسة الحالة والمقابلات مع مدير حاضنة الأعمال، بيّنت النتائج وجود نماذج ناجحة لمشاريع طلابية وتحقيق مرافقة مستمرة بعد التخرج، مع الإشارة إلى التحديات المتعلقة بآليات التمويل التي تحتاج إلى توحيد وتطوير. وتوصي الدراسة بتوسيع الشراكات مع القطاع البنكي والمستثمرين، وتقديم تكوينات مستمرة This study explores the role of entrepreneurial financing in supporting innovation projects and startup enterprises, with a specific focus on the Entrepreneurship House at the University of Ghardaia. It highlights how the center contributes to entrepreneurship through training programs, mentorship, and the creation of an enabling environment for transforming students’ ideas into successful ventures. The study emphasizes the role of the Entrepreneurship House and the Business Incubator in enhancing entrepreneurial skills and equipping students to face market challenges, while underlining that although entrepreneurial financing is a key motivator, it is not the sole factor in ensuring the success of startups. Using a descriptive and analytical approach based on a case study and interviews with the director of the Business Incubator, the findings reveal successful models of student projects and ongoing support after graduation. However, it also points to challenges related to financing mechanisms that require harmonization and development. The study recommends expanding partnerships with the banking sector and investors, and offering continuous training for both students and faculty to ensure the sustainability and growth of startup enterprisesللطلبة والأساتذة، لضمان استدامة ونمو المؤسسات الناشئة
