Abstract:
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الرقمنة في جامعة غرداية، ومن أجل الوصول إلى الأهدافها ومعالجة الإشكالية تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال إستعراض الإطار النظري المتعلق بمتغييرات الدراسة والمتمثل في "الرقمنة" ومحاولة اسقاط هذه دراسة على الجانب الميداني تم الاعتماد على أسلوب دراسة حالة وأدوات المقابلة والملاحظة والتي أجريت مع مهندس الكلية العلوم اقتصادية والتسيير وعلوم تجارية بجامعة غرداية السيد بلعور محمود.
ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها أن جامعة غرداية قامت بتجسيد الرقمنة من خلال اهتماماتها بجميع المتطلبات الأساسية مثل: بنية التحتية تكنولوجية متكاملة وتكوين موارد بشرية مؤهلة
وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة الى تعزيز متطلبات الرقمنة وتطوير كفاءات البشرية عبر التكوين المستمر وتفعيل متطلبات التشريعية والتنظيمية التي تدعم التحول الرقمي في البيئة الجامعية
This study aims to explore the current state of digitalization at the University of Ghardaia. To achieve its objectives and address the research problem, the descriptive method was employed by reviewing the theoretical framework related to the study's key variable—digitalization. To apply the study in a practical context, a case study approach was adopted, using interviews and observations conducted with Mr. Belaour Mahmoud, an IT engineer at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Business, and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaia.
Among the key findings is that the University of Ghardaia has made tangible progress in digitalization by addressing all essential requirements, such as establishing an integrated technological infrastructure and training qualified human resources.
In conclusion, the study recommends enhancing digitalization requirements, developing human competencies through continuous training, and activating legislative and regulatory frameworks that support digital transformation within the university environment.
