أثر تكوين الطلبة في تحقيق ضمان نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إيضاح أثر تكوين الطلبة في تحقيق نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال التطرق إلى الأسس النظرية وتعزيزها بدراسة ميدانية على عينة بلغ عددها 72 طلبة جامعة غرداية حاملي أفكار المؤسسات الناشئة بجامعة غرداية، وقد تم الاستعانة ببرنامج تجهيز البيانات R، وتم تحليلها. خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكوين الطلبة على نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة في مجتمع الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة قدره (0.05=α). أي أن تكوين الطلبة يعد من العوامل الحاسمة والإيجابية التي تسهم في تعزيز فرص نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة في مجتمع الدراسة. وفي ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: - التركيز على الجوانب التطبيقية والمهارات العملية التي يحتاجها الطلبة لإنشاء مؤسسات ناشئة ناجحة من خلال تعزيز برامج التكوين الريادي في الجامعاتتنمية روح المبادرة والابتكار لدى الطلبة من خلال دمج ريادة الأعمال في المناهج الجامعية بمختلف التخصصات. - تعزيز جاهزية الطلاب لإطلاق مشاريعهم من خلال إقامة ورشات ودورات منتظمة في مجالات مثل إدارة المشاريع، التسويق، التفكير التصميمي، والتخطيط المالي The study aimed to clarify the impact of student training on achieving the success of start-up companies. To achieve this, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon by addressing the theoretical foundations and strengthening them with a field study on a sample of 72 students from Ghardaia University who had start-up ideas at Ghardaia University. The data processing program R was used and analyzed. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant effect of student training on the success of start-ups in the study community at a significance level of (α=0.05). This means that student training is a decisive and positive factor that contributes to enhancing the chances of success of start-ups in the study community. In light of the findings, a set of recommendations were presented, the most important of which are: - Focus on the practical aspects and skills students need to establish successful startups by enhancing entrepreneurship training programs at universities. - Develop a spirit of initiative and innovation among students by integrating entrepreneurship into university curricula across various disciplines. - Enhancing students' readiness to launch their projects by holding regular workshops and courses in areas such as project management, marketing, design thinking, and financial planning
