Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استخدام نموذج التحليل الإداريSWOT على الأداء التنظيمي في جامعة غرداية، وتحديد مفهوم التحليل الإداري والمفاهيم المتعلقة بالأداء التنظيمي، وإبراز أهمية استخدام التحليل الإداري في المنظمات ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة النظرية، وفي الدراسة التطبيقية تم اتباع منهج دراسة حالة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 40 موظف بجامعة غرداية، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وبعد تحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج SPSS تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائيةلنماذج التحليل الاداري السائد في المؤسسة على الأداء التنظيمي - أظهرت نتائج الفرضيات وجود تأثير مهم للتحليل الإداري على تحسين الأداء، بنسبة تأثير فاقت 62%، وهو ما يؤكد أن تحسين الأداء التنظيمي يتطلب توظيفًا فعّالًا ومخططًا لهذه الأدوات التحليلية The study aims to investigate the impact of using the SWOT management analysis model on organizational performance at the University of Ghardaia, define the concept of management analysis and concepts related to organizational performance, and highlight the importance of using management analysis in organizations. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive approach was adopted in the theoretical study, while a case study approach was adopted in the applied study. The study sample consisted of 40 employees at the University of Ghardaia. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. After analyzing the data using SPSS, the following results were obtained: - There is no statistically significant effect of the prevailing management analysis models in the organization on organizational performance. - The results of the hypotheses showed a significant impact of management analysis on improving performance, with an impact rate exceeding 62%. This confirms that improving organizational performance requires the effective and planned use of these analytical tools
