Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة مسألة "تعجيل الزكاة وتأخيرها في الفقه الإسلامي" وذلك من خلال بيان الحكم العام لتعجيل الزكاة قبل وقت وجوبها، سواء قبل ملك النصاب أو بعده، مع تفصيل الحكم في الأموال التي يشترط لها حولان الحول، وتلك التي لا يشترط لها، وكذلك تحديد شروط التعجيل ومسوغاته والآثار المترتبة عنه، كما تضمنت الدراسة حكم تأخير الزكاة وأسبابه، والآثار الفقهي

This study addresses the issue of "advancing and delaying Zakat in Islamic jurisprudence" by clarifying the general ruling on advancing Zakat before its due time. It details the rulings for both types of wealth—those for which a full lunar year (Hawl) is required and those for which it is not—and identifies the conditions, justifications, and resulting legal implications of advancing Zakat. Furthermore, the study examines the ruling on delaying Zakat and its reasons, as well as the jurisprudential effects and contemporary applications, such as investing Zakat funds and transferring them from one country to another.
