الرقمنة وأثرها على كفاءة أداء المؤسسة دراسة ميدانية بشركة MEGAWELL المتواجدة بجسر قسنطينة الجزائر العاصمة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى البحث عن تأثير الرقمنة على كفاءة شركة MEGAWELL الواقعة بجسر قسنطينة في الجزائر العاصمة، وذلك من خلال بعدين أساسين هما البرمجيات وتكنولوجيا الاتصال. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته طبيعة الموضوع، كما تم توظيف أدوات منهجية متعددة تمثلت في: الملاحظة، والاستبيان كما شمل مجتمع البحث 58 مبحوث. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن استخدام البرمجيات وتكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمية يوثر في تحسين الأداء العام داخل المؤسسة، سواء من حيث السرعة في تنفيذ المهام، أو رفع مستوى التنظيم، أو تعزيز التنسيق بين الأقسام، كما بيّنت أن الرقمنة أصبحت أداة ضرورية لمواجهة تحديات السوق والتكيف مع متغيرات البيئة المهنية. This study aims to examine the impact of digitization on the efficiency of MEGAWELL Company, located in El Harrach, Algiers. The research focuses on two main dimensions: software and communication technology. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted due to its suitability for the nature of the topic. Various methodological tools were employed, including observation and a questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 58 respondents. The study's findings revealed that the use of software and digital communication technology contributes to improving overall performance within the institution—whether in terms of task execution speed, enhanced organizational structure, or improved coordination between departments. The results also indicated that digitization has become an essential tool to confront market challenges and adapt to changes in the professional environment.
