الأحكام الفقهية للتداول في الأسواق المالية من خلال قرارات المجامع الفقهية

Abstract

هذا ملخص البحث المقدم لنيل درجة الماستر في الفقه المقارن وأصوله، تحت عنوان: الأحكام الفقهية للتداول في السوق المالية من خلال قرارات المجامع الفقهية. جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبين بعض الأدوات المالية المتداولة في السوق المالية، ولتعرض القرارات التي تناولت هذه الأدوات كذلك جاءت لمناقشة هذه القرارات واستخراج الأحكام وتوضحها وتبين آراء الفقهاء فيها. كما جاءت لتبين مدى حرص واهتمام علماء المجمع الفقهي الإسلامي، والجهود المبذولة لإصدار أحكام شرعية لهذه المعاملات المالية الحديثة. This is the abstract of the research submitted for a Master's degree in Comparative Jurisprudence and its Principles, titled: "The Jurisprudential Rulings on Trading in the Financial Market through the Decisions of Jurisprudence Councils." This study aims to clarify certain financial instruments traded in the financial market and to present the decisions that addressed these instruments. It also discusses these decisions, extracts the rulings, explains them, and highlights the views of scholars on them. Additionally, the study demonstrates the dedication and concern of Islamic Jurisprudence Council scholars and the efforts made to issue Sharia-compliant rulings for these modern financial transactions.
