Abstract

مع التطور التكنولوجي السريع انتشار الوسائل الحديثة التي تلعب دور هام في تيسير أمور الناس وقضاء احتياجاتهم فأصبحوا يعتمدون عليها في أغلب شؤون حياتهم اليومية ولم يستغني عنها أحد مع التعاملات الإلكترونية وقد أفرز هذا التطور جملة من النوازل والمسائل الحديثة التي تتطلب الجهد واستنباط الأحكام وبيان حكم ما وقع منها، أن النوازل هي لون جديد من مسائل لم يسبق حدوثها قد تكون غريبة على الناس يصعب فهمها فهي تحتاج إلى النظر والبصيرة الثاقبة لمعرفة حكمها الشرعي وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة حكم الزواج والطلاق بالوسائل الإلكترونية والزواج المسيار والفحص الطبي قبل الزواج إلى بيان ما توصل إليه الباحثون . Along with the swift technology evolution, the widespread modern media tend to play a significant role in making life easier. People rely on those media in their daily aspects of life as none can imagine getting rid of the electronic transactions. Therefore, these volution created a bunch of legal on temporary issues and new cases that require effort to educe rules and to clarify their impacts. The contemporary issues are a new character of unpreceded cases that people may seemun familiar with and find them hard to understand so they need a bright and deep insight to find out their legal jurisprudence. Hence, the present study reached conclusion about the rule of marriage and divorce via electronic media, Misyar marriage and medical examination before marriage and to clarify the specialists overview about theses aid matters.
