Abstract:
All praise be to Allah and prayer and peace be upon his
messenger and
his companions.
The present humble work is for reaching Master Degree in
Islamic, Jurisprudence and Assets, under the title given ꞉
«Editing Religious Purposes in Terms of Reserve Asset in
Malikite school».
This research aims to study a very important asset within the
Malikite-school that deals with Fatwa, diligence and setting
Islamic law to several subset matters and knowing Islamic law
purposes by applying the latter asset.
This research contains an introduction, three main chapters
and a conclusion then come indexes, the introduction included a
set of elements and are :
Topic choose reason.
Topic´s importance and aim.
Prior studies on the topic.
Problematic.
Method used in the topic.
Chapter one was divided into three elements and are
(linguistic and common meaning of Purpose and Reserve,
scholars evidences of applying Reserve and conditions of using
Reserve.

Chapter two was divided into two elements included some
applications to Reserve asset in Malikite school concerning
worship and transaction.
Chapter three discussed the most important purposes
achieved by Reserve asset in the mentioned school, and this
chapter was divided into two elements :
Purposes which are considered as Jurisprudence rules and
fundamental rules.
common purposes.
Conclusion included the results reached by this study and also
contained a schedule to Quranic verses index and Ahadith of
messenger Mohamed, and the conclusion did also include
references and concluding index to what was discussed.
