Abstract:
المجاعات و الأوبئة و والانهيار الإقتصادي و عدم إستقرار الوضع السياسي ، حيث مر على الحكم العديد من السلاطين فلم يوفق أي واحد منهم ، و تفاقم الوضع بتسلط جيش عبيد البخاري و سيطرته على العرش و السياسة الداخلية ، أيضا عرف المغرب الإنغلاق في علاقاتها الخارجية ،و بقي يعاني من هذه الأزمة حتى تمكن السلطان محمد بن عبد الله تولي الحكم و القبض على زمام الأمور من جديد ، و أعتبر من أهم السلاطين الذين تعاقبوا على حكم الدولة العلوية ، حيث حافظ على إستمرارها ، و على الإستقرار و الأمن و توطيد الحكم ، فقام بتبني سياسة إصلاحية مست جميع جوانب الدولة و عرف المغرب خلال فترة حكمه الإنفتاح في جميع المجالات ، عكس ما كانت عليه في ظل الأزمة.
