Abstract:
تناولت هذه المذكرة موضوع المحاسبة الإدارية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، من خلال دراسة واقع تطبيق أدواتها وأثرها في دعم اتخاذ القرار وتحسين الأداء. وتهدف إلى معرفة مدى استخدام هذه الأساليب داخل المؤسسات الصناعية، مع التركيز على مؤسسةALFA PIPEبغرداية كنموذج تطبيقي، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم التطرق في الجانب النظري إلى المفاهيم الأساسية للمحاسبة الإدارية، وأهم وظائفها وأدواتها التقليدية والحديثة، بينما خُصص الجانب التطبيقي لتحليل مدى اعتماد المؤسسة على هذه الأدوات، وتقييم فعاليتها في التسيير، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسة تعتمد أساسًا على الموازنات التقديرية في إدارة مواردها، في حين تفتقر إلى تفعيل أدوات أخرى مثل تحليل الانحرافات، محاسبة المسؤولية، وتحليل التعادل. كما أن المعلومات المحاسبية المتوفرة لا تُستغل دائمًا بالشكل المناسب في عملية اتخاذ القرار، وتوصلت المذكرة إلى ضرورة تحسين استخدام أدوات المحاسبة الإدارية داخل المؤسسة، وتوفير تكوين مناسب للمسيرين، بهدف رفع فعالية التسيير وتحقيق الأهداف بكفاءة This dissertation addresses the topic of management Accounting in economic institutions by examining the reality of applying its tools and their impact on supporting decision-making and improving performance. It aims to assess the extent to which these methods are used within industrial enterprises, with a specific focus on ALFA PIPE in Ghardaïa as a case study, the study adopted a descriptive and analytical approach. the theoretical part discussed the basic concepts of management accounting, its main functions, and both traditional and modern tools, the practical part was dedicated to analyzing the extent to which the company applies these tools and evaluating their effectiveness in management, the results showed that the company mainly relies on budgetary forecasting to manage its resources, while other tools—such as variance analysis, responsibility accounting, and break-even analysis—are not effectively implemented. In addition, the available accounting information is not always used properly in the decision-making process, the dissertation concluded with the need to improve the use of management accounting tools within the company and to provide adequate training for managers, in order to enhance management efficiency and achieve goals more effectivelyأكبر
