Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع تطبيق أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف في الشركة الوطنية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بمديرية غرداية، باستخدام استبيان وزع على 50 عاملاً، استرجع منها 42 استمارة صالحة للتحليل. اعتمدت الدراسة على أدوات تحليل مثل Excel وSPSS ومعامل "ألفا كرونباخ" لضمان المصداقية. أظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسة تطبق أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف بفعالية من خلال تحديد الأهداف، بناء الثقة بين الرئيس والمرؤوس، إشراك الجميع في تحقيق الأهداف، والتزام المرؤوسين، مع تعزيز العمل بروح الفريق، مما يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف بكفاءة وفعالية. The study aimed to analyze the application of the management by objectives method in the National Company for Electricity and Gas Distribution in the district of Ghardaia, using a questionnaire distributed to 50 workers, of which 42 valid forms were retrieved for analysis. The study relied on analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, and the Cronbach alpha coefficient to ensure credibility. The results showed that the organization applies the management style by objectives effectively by setting goals, building trust between the boss and the subordinate, involving everyone in achieving goals, and the commitment of subordinates, while promoting teamwork, which contributes to achieving goals efficiently and effectively.
