Abstract

تعتبر السكرتارية من العناصر الاساسية في الهيكل الاداري لأي مؤسسة والتي ظهرت نتيجة لتطور الهائل الذي عرفه التنظيم الاداري خلال السنوات المتعاقبة من الزمن ، والتي كان لابدا لهذا العلم أن يظهر في التنظيم الاداري الذي كان يعرف سابقا بالبيروتيك والذي لايزال يعرف الى يومنا هذا بالسكرتارية. حيث تساهم هذه الاخيرة بشكل فعال في تنظيم سير العمل وضمان التواصل الفعال بين مختلف اقسام المؤسساتية وخاصة بين مختلف الاقسام الجامعية. ونخص بالذكر المؤسسة البيداغوجية جامعة غرداية، بينما في ذلك كلياتها الجامعية كما تلعب سوسيولوجيا الامانة دورا محوريا في تسهيل الاجراءات الادارية ، مما يؤثر بشكل مباشر على فعالية الاداء الاداري بجامعة غرداية ، كما تمثل كل اهميتها في قدرتها على الادارة، المراسلات، التنظيم ، الاجتماعات ، وتنسيق الانشطة بين الاقسام المختلفة. هذا الدور يتطلب مهارات ادارية عالية، قدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات بسرية ، وفهم عميق للاحتياجات المؤسسية عندما تؤدي هذه المهام بكفاءة فإنها تساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين فعالية الاداء الاداري ، مما ينعكس على جودة سوسيولوجيا الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة و الاساتذة. Secretarial work is considered one of the fundamental components of the administrative structure in any institution. It emerged as a result of the significant evolution that administrative organization has undergone over the years. This field has become an integral part of what was previously known as "bureaucracy," and continues to be referred to today as "secretariat" or "secretarial services." The secretariat plays an essential role in organizing workflow and ensuring effective communication among the various departments within an institution—particularly in academic institutions such as the University of Ghardaïa, including its faculties. The sociology of the secretariat plays a central role in facilitating administrative procedures, which directly influences the efficiency of administrative performance at the University of Ghardaïa. Its importance lies in its capacity for managing correspondence, organizing meetings, coordinating activities between departments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role requires advanced administrative skills, the ability to handle information with confidentiality, and a deep understanding of institutional needs. When these tasks are performed efficiently, they significantly enhance the effectiveness of administrative performance, thereby improving the sociological quality of services provided to students and faculty members.
