متطلبات التحول الرقمي في الجامعة دراسة حالة بجامعة غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى قياس مدى توافر متطلبا ت التحول الرقمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية، وذلك من خلال أبعا د ثلاثة رئيسية : المتطلبا ت الإدارية، المتطلبا ت البشرية ، والمتطلبا ت التقنية والأمنية . اعتمد ت الد ا رسة على المنه ج الوصفي التحليلي، وت م استخدام أدا ة الاستبيان لجمع البيانا ت م ن عينة قصدي ة مكوّنة من (40) موظفًا إداريًا . تكوّن الاستبيان من 25 عبارة موزعة على محاور الد ا رسة الثلاثة، وتم تحليل البيانا ت باستخدام برنامج SPSS إصدار 21 ، كما تم التأك د من صدق وثبا ت الأدا ة باستخدام معام ل الارتباط بيرسون ومعامل كرونباخ ألفا . توصل ت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : ✓ وجو د اهتمام مرتفع من طرف إدارة الكلية بالمتطلبا ت الإدارية للتحول الرقمي . ✓ وجو د اهتمام متوسط بالمتطلبا ت البشرية والتقنية والامنيةThis study aimas to measure the availability of digital transformation requirements among administrative employees at the Faculty of Economics, Business, and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, through three main dimensions: administrative requirements, human requirements, and technical and security requirements. The study relied on a descriptive-analytical approach. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a purposive sample of (40) administrative employees . The questionnaire consisted of 25 statements distributed across the three study axes. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 21. The validity and reliability of the tool were verified using Pearson's correlation coefficient and Cronbach's alpha coefficient . The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are : ✓ High interest on the part of the college administration in the administrative requirements of digital transformation . ✓ Moderate interest in human, technical, and security requirements
