الضغوط المهنية للعمال وعلاقتها بالالتزام التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية ببلدية القرارة بولاية غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الضغوط المهنية على الالتزام التنظيمي لموظفي بلدية القرارة، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإحاطة بموضوع الدراسة نظريا وميدانيا، إضافة الى الاعتماد على الاستمارة بالمقابلة لجمع المعطيات من عينة عشوائية بسيطة تمثلت في 80 مبحوثا. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن عبء العمل (غموض الدور، زيادة حجم العمل، عدم التناسب بين حجم العمل وقدرات الموظف، التداخل في المهام...) له تأثير على الالتزام التنظيمي، كما أن البيئة التنظيمية الداخلية أيضا (ظروف العمل المادية من كثرة الضوضاء، نقص التهوية، ضيق مساحة المكاتب، العلاقات بين العمال، طبيعة الاتصال، غموض التعليمات التنظيمية...) له تأثير واضح على الالتزام التنظيمي لموظفي البلدية. This study aims to determine the impact of occupational stress on the organizational commitment of employees at the Municipality of Al-Qarara. To achieve the objectives of this study, a descriptive analytical approach was used to cover the subject of the study theoretically and empirically, in addition to relying on an interview questionnaire to collect data from a simple random sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that workload (role ambiguity, increased workload, mismatch between workload and employee capabilities, task overlap, etc.) has an impact on organizational commitment, and that the internal organizational environment (physical working conditions such as excessive noise, lack of ventilation, cramped office space, relationships between workers, nature of communication, ambiguity of organizational instructions, etc.) also has a clear impact on the organizational commitment of municipal employees.
