Abstract

إن دراستنا هذه تهدف إلى الكشف عن مدى تأثير الثقافة المحلية على الاختيار المهني، وذلك من خلال معرفة تأثير القيم الاجتماعية والعادات والعرف والتنشئة الأسرية على الاختبار المهني، فقد تناولت هذه الدراسة في إطارها النظري مفهوم الثقافة المحلية، نشأة الثقافة وعناصرها، مكوناتها، خصائصها، وظائفها، مصادرها، وأهميتها، كما تناولت الدراسة أيضا مفهوم الاختيار المهني، أهميته، أهدافه، أسسه، خصائصه، فوائده، العوامل المؤثرة عليه، أنماطه، خطواته، والنظريات المفسرة له. أما في الجانب الميداني اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، كما استعنا بتقنيات البحث التالية وهي:(الملاحظة والاستبيان)،وأجرينا الدراسة الميدانية على مستوى مركز التكوين المهني "ليتيم الشيخ" ببلدية رقان ولاية أدرار والتي شملت العينة المتكونة من 84 متربصة (إناث)،وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - القيم الاجتماعية ما زالت تؤثر في الاختيارات النساء المهنية , خاصة نحو المهن التي تحظى بالاحترام , مع الاستمرار بعض الصور النمطية حول المناسبة لهن. - العادات والأعراف التقليدية لا تزال تحد من حرية اختيار المهنة , رغم وعي النساء بضرورة التغيير و يعد التعليم عاملا مهما في تجاوز هذه القيود . - التنشئة الأسرية دور في التوجيه المهني , خاصة من خلال اراء الوالدين لكن التأثير لم يعد حاسما , اذ تسعى العديد من النساء للموازنة بين رغباتهن و الطموحات العائلية . This study aims to reveal the extent of the influence of local culture on career choice, by knowing the impact of social values, customs, customs, and family upbringing on career choice. This study addressed in its theoretical framework the concept of local culture, the emergence of culture and its elements, its components, characteristics, functions, sources, and importance. The study also addressed the concept of career choice, its importance, objectives, foundations, characteristics, benefits, factors affecting it, patterns, steps, and the theories explaining it. As for the field aspect, we relied on the descriptive approach, and we used the following research techniques: (observation and questionnaire), and we conducted the field study at the level of the vocational training center "Litim El Sheikh" in the municipality of Raggan, Adrar state, which included a sample of 84 trainees (females), and finally we reached the following results: - Social values still influence women's career choices, especially towards professions that are respected, with some stereotypes persisting. - Traditional customs and norms still limit the freedom to choose a career, despite women's awareness of the need for change, and education is an important factor in overcoming these restrictions. - Family upbringing plays a role in career guidance, especially through the opinions of parents, but the influence is no longer decisive, as many women seek to balance their desires with family ambitions.
