Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تؤديه الثقافة التنظيمية في تطبيق نظام الجودة لدى العاملين بجامعة غارداية، وقد تم استخدام الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لكونه يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على أسلوب دراسة حالة في جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان تم تصميمه لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، حيث تم التأكد من صدقه وثباته وبلغ معامل ثبات الاستبانة ككل ) 0.802 (، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة الموظفين في جامعة غارداية الذين لهم علاقة بموضوع الدراسة وبلغت عينة الدراسة ) 50 ( مفردة، وتم تحليل البيانات المحصلة بإستخدام ال برنامج الإحصائي ( SPSS (، وقد أظهرت إلى نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: وجود مستوى متوسط للثقافة التنظيمية السائدة داخل الجامعة محل الدراسة، مستوى متوسط لنظام الجودة المطبق في الجامعة محل الدراسة، و وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بقيمة ) 0.534 ( بين القيم التنظيمية ومعايير إدارة الجودة في الجامعة محل الدراسةThis study aimed at shedding light on the role played by the organizational culture in the application of quality system in the staff of the University of Ghardaia. The study used the descriptive method to fit the subject of the study, in addition to relying on a case study in collecting data by means of a questionnaire designed to achieve the study objectives, Where the reliability and stability were verified and the stability factor was reached as a whole (0.802), The sample of the study consisted of the group of employees at the University of Ghardaia who were related to the subject of the study. The sample of the study was (50) single. The data obtained using the SPSS program were analyzed, and the results of the study have shown the following: The average level of the organizational culture prevailing within the university under study, the average level of the quality system applied in the university under study, and the existence of a positive correlation relationship of (0.534) between organizational values and quality management standards in the University of study.
