dc.description.abstractThis study aims at shedding the light on the reality of marketing public relations activities in the service institutions of the Directorate of Post and Telecommunications Ben Yazqin, Ghardaia State. This is based on the researchers on the method of case study, as it is considered the most appropriate approach to this study, which came to the following problem: "What is the reality of marketing public relations activities in the Directorate of Post and Telecommunications? The information for this study was collected using the form and questionnaire tool to collect the greatest amount of data, and the method of comprehensive survey was used after identifying the number of employees were 60 individuals, and in this way, the researchers reached a set of results, the most important of which is: - that all employees of the Postal and Telecommunications Corporation believe that communication is necessary for the institution at the internal level. - Most employees of the Postal and Telecommunications Corporation recognize that flyers are means used to promote and market services in the organization and that they are insufficient and this is for the employees who have the most experience.EN_en
