L’apport de l’application mobile BUSUU à l’amélioration de la compétence orale en FLE Chez les apprenants de 2AS lettres et langues étrangères lycée BAKRAOUI Mouhamed EL Meniaa

Abstract

Ce mémoire s’intéresse à l’efficacité de l’application Busuu dans le développement dela compétence orale en langue étrangère, en comparaison avec la méthode traditionnelled’enseignement. Face à l’évolution des pratiques pédagogiques, il est essentield’évaluer l’apport des outils numériques par rapport aux approches classiques. L’objectif principal de cette étude est de déterminer si l’usage de Busuu permet une amélioration significative de la production et de la compréhension orales des apprenants, par rapport à ceux qui suivent un enseignement plus conventionnel. Une démarche comparative a été adoptée, en deux séances : la première suivant une méthode traditionnelle et la seconde utilisant l’application.Les résultats obtenus révèlent que les apprenants ayant utilisé Busuu ont montré une progression plus rapide au niveau de la fluidité, de la prononciation et de l’aisance orale. Cependant, la méthode traditionnelle conserve certains avantages, notamment en matière de structuration grammaticale et de correction immédiate par l’enseignant.Cette recherche souligne ainsi l’intérêt d’une approche intégrée, combinant technologie et pédagogie classique, pour renforcer l’efficacité de l’enseignement de l’oral. This dissertation focuses on the effectiveness of the Busuu application in developing oral proficiency in a foreign language, compared to the traditional teaching method. In light of the evolution of pedagogical practices, it is essential to assess the contribution of digital tools in relation to classical approaches. The main objective of this study is to determine whether the use of Busuu leads to a significant improvement in learners’ speaking and listening comprehension skills, compared to those who follow a more conventional teaching method. A comparative approach was adopted, with two sessions: the first following a traditional method and the second using the application. The results obtained reveal that learners who used Busuu showed faster progress in terms of fluency, pronunciation, and speaking ease. However, the traditional method retains some advantages, particularly in terms of grammatical structuring and immediate correction by the teacher. This research highlights the value of an integrated approach that combines technology and traditional pedagogy to enhance the effectiveness of oral language teaching. الملخص يركز هذا البحث على فعالية تطبيق Busuu في تطوير المهارات الشفوية في اللغة الأجنبية، مقارنةً بالطريقة التقليدية في التعليم. في ظل تطور الممارسات التربوية، من الضروري تقييم مساهمة الأدوات الرقمية مقارنة بالنهج الكلاسيكية. الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد ما إذا كان استخدام تطبيق Busuu يؤدي إلى تحسن كبير في مهارات الإنتاج والفهم الشفوي للمتعلمين، مقارنةً بمن يتبعون أسلوب التعليم التقليدي. تم تبني منهجية مقارنة، من خلال جلستين: الأولى باستخدام الطريقة التقليدية والثانية باستخدام التطبيق. تكشف النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها أن المتعلمين الذين استخدموا تطبيق Busuu أظهروا تقدمًا أسرع في مستوى الطلاقة والنطق وسهولة التحدث. ومع ذلك، لا تزال الطريقة التقليدية تحتفظ ببعض المزايا، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالبنية النحوية والتصحيح الفوري من قبل المعلم. يشير هذا البحث إلى أهمية النهج المتكامل الذي يجمع بين التكنولوجيا والبيداغوجيا التقليدية لتعزيز فعالية تعليم المهارات الشفوية.
