CAATمتطلبات تطبيق التكنولوجيا المالية في شركات التأمين الجزائرية دراسة حالة: المديرية الجهوية فرع غرداية

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أهم متطلبات تطبيق التكنولوجيا المالية في شركات التأمين الجزائرية، وللإجابة على إشكالية البحث فقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي قصد تحليل مفاهيم التكنولوجيا المالية ودورها في تطوير قطاع التأمين، مع إجراء دراسة حالة على شركة التأمينات الوطنية CAAT بولاية غرداية، مدعومة بمقابلة مع محاسب الشركة للتعرف على واقع استخدامها ومدى جاهزية هذه المؤسسة لتبنيها، وقد كشفت نتائج البحث أن الشركة تعتمد على أدوات تكنولوجية متطورة ساهمت في تحسين جودة الخدمات، وتسريع المعاملات المالية، وزيادة رضا الزبائن،وخلصت الدراسة بتوصيات مقترحة أهمها ضرورة تعميم استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية في باقي شركات التأمين وتطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية وتعزيز الأمن السيبراني This study aims to identify the main requirements for implementing financial technology in Algerian insurance companies. To address the research problem, a descriptive approach was adopted to analyze FinTech concepts and their role in developing the insurance sector. A case study was conducted on the National Insurance Company (CAAT) in the province of Ghardaia, supported by an interview with the company’s accountant to assess the current use of FinTech and the company's readiness to adopt it. The findings revealed that the company relies on advanced technological tools that have contributed to improving service quality, accelerating financial transactions, and increasing customer satisfaction. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are the need to generalize the use of financial technology across other insurance companies, develop digital infrastructure, and enhance cybersecurity to protect sensitive data, in addition to enacting appropriate legislation to regulate this transformation and ensure its effectivenessلحماية المعطيات الحساسة، إلى جانب سن تشريعات ملائمة تنظم هذا التحول وتضمن فعاليته
