Abstract: This work aims to put in evidence the advantages of mapping tools in the study of intra-plot variations in a cultivatedpeanut plot in the Sebseb region across the study of the some properties of the soil which describes a availability of nutritional elements especially phosphorus who is go back in the management of natural resources and in the rational use of chemical inputs for precision agriculture. The principal results obtained attest that the association Arachis-Rhizobia will rise the availability of P in the rhizosphere with an acidification in the last one ,where it was noted a low pH alkalinity .But for the exchangeable Ca the differences were not changed in any type of soil analyzed (rhizosphere or no-rhizosphere soil). In addition, the present study it possible to put point of spatial variability in the our plot. The thematic maps of the pH distribution, P and Ca, established showed that there is a link in their spatial distribution. The statistical study confirmed this trend, demonstratinga spatial link between the dosed elements.
