بن مسعود، سلسبيلبن ديبة، عزيزةسلامات، ياسمين2026-10-012026https://dspace.univ-ghardaia.edu.dz/handle/123456789/10881تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم واقع وتأثير تطبيق التحول الرقمي بـمؤسسة سونلغاز (مديرية التوزيع - فرع بوهراوة - غرداية)، والوقوف على مدى جاهزيتها التنظيمية والتقنية للتحول نحو نموذج الإدارة الذكية والمستدامة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تأصيل المفاهيم النظرية، إلى جانب منهج دراسة الحالة في الشق التطبيقي الميداني بالتنسيق مع إطارات وموظفي المؤسسة. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في الملاحظة المباشرة، والمقابلات الميدانية، وتحليل الوثائق والبيانات الإحصائية والتقارير الداخلية الخاصة بالفرع. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وصول مؤسسة سونلغاز بغرداية نحو مرحلة النضج والتمكين الرقمي الشامل، حيث تمت مواءمة التطور التقني مع التأهيل السلوكي والمعرفي للمورد البشري من خلال برامج التكوين المستمر. كما أثبتت النتائج أن التحول الرقمي ساهم بشكل مباشر في رفع الكفاءة الإنتاجية، وتبسيط الإجراءات، وتحقيق الاستجابة الفورية لمتطلبات المحيط وتسيير الشبكات والخدمات، بالتوازي مع تعزيز منظومة الأمن السيبراني وحماية الأصول المعلوماتية. This study aims to assess the reality and impact of implementing digital transformation at Sonelgaz (Distribution Directorate - Bouhraoua Branch - Ghardaia), and to determine its organizational and technical readiness to transition toward a smart and sustainable management model. To achieve this objective, the study relies on the descriptive-analytical approach to ground theoretical concepts, along with a case study method for the practical and field framework conducted in coordination with the institution's executives and employees. The research tools utilized include direct observation, field interviews, and the analysis of documents, statistical data, and internal reports specific to the branch. The study concludes with several key results, most notably: Sonelgaz in Ghardaia has surpassed the foundational thresholds of digitization, moving toward a stage of maturity and comprehensive digital empowerment, where technical development has been aligned with the behavioral and cognitive qualification of human resources through continuous training programs. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate that digital transformation has directly contributed to enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining procedures, achieving an immediate response to environmental demands, and improving network and service management, in parallel with strengthening the cybersecurity system and protecting information assets.تحول رقمي، مؤسسة سونلغاز إدارة ذكية، كفاءة إنتاجية.Thesis
