عيساوي، أحمد عبد السلام2026-10-082026-05-30https://dspace.univ-ghardaia.edu.dz/handle/123456789/10931تهدف هذه المذكرة الى ابراز دور التحليل المالي كادأة للرقابة والتدقيق لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية.ولتحقيق ذلك انطلقنا من الاشكالية التالية"ما هو دور التحليل المالي في تحقيق الاستدامة المالية الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراء ولاية غرداية؟" وللإجابة على هذه الاشكالية، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج دراسة حالة من خلال تحليل القوائم المالية الخاصة بالصندوق، والمتمثلة في الميزانية وجدول حسابات النتائج وجدول تدفقات الخزينة. لقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة نتائج من اهمها: انه يوجد تكامل بين ادوات التحليل المالي وانظمة الرقابة والتدقيق وذلك لضمان سلامة البيانات المالية والتقليل من الانحرافات. وانه رغم وجود نسب ربحية سالبة، الى ان المؤشرات الحقيقية التي تخدم الاستدامة المالية في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، هي تدفقات النقدية، ونسبة تغطية الالتزامات ذلك لأنها تعتبر مؤسسة غير ربحية، ويساهم تراجع نسب المديونية في تعزيز الاستدامةوذلك عن طريق التقليل من الاعباء. This thesis aims to highlight the role of financial analysis as a tool for control and auditing to achieve financial sustainability. To achieve this, we proceeded from the following main problem: 'What is the role of financial analysis in achieving financial sustainability in the National Social Security Fund for Non-Employees (CASNOS) - Ghardaia Province?'. To answer this problem, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, along with a case study approach by analyzing the Fund's financial statements, which include the balance sheet, the income statement, and the cash flow statement. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: there is an integration between financial analysis tools and control and auditing systems to ensure the safety of financial data and reduce deviations. Furthermore, despite the existence of negative profitability ratios, the real indicators that serve financial sustainability in the National Social Security Fund are cash flows and the liability coverage ratio, given that it is considered a non-profit institution.
