عشو، توفيقخرازي، محمد واسيم2026-07-202026-06-02https://dspace.univ-ghardaia.edu.dz/handle/123456789/10733هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المعالجة المحاسبية للمخزونات والرقابة الميدانية عليها في المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب – (ALFA PIPE)وحدة غرداية، في ظل النظام المحاسبي المالي(SCF) ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إلقاء الضوء على المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمخزونات وكيفية تقييمها ومعالجتها محاسبياً وفق ما أقره النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعايير المحاسبية الدولية. ومن أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة أن النظام المحاسبي المالي(SCF)يوفر إطاراً محاسبياً مرناً يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية(IAS/IFRS)، وأن المؤسسة تلتزم بتطبيق مبدأ التكلفة الشاملة للحيازة (دمج مصاريف الجمارك، العبور، التأمين والنقل) في تقييم مخزوناتها، فضلاً عن وجود نظام رقابة مستندية داخلية صارمة وآليات تسوية فعّالة لفوارق الجرد السنوي. وهذا ما أكدناه كذلك من خلال الجانب التطبيقي في مؤسسةALFA PIPE وحدة غرداية. The aim of this study is to identify the accounting treatment of inventories and field control over them at the Algerian Pipe Manufacturing Company – (ALFA PIPE), Ghardaïa unit, within the framework of the Financial Accounting System (SCF). To achieve this goal, we highlighted all concepts related to inventories and how to evaluate and account for them in accordance with the Financial Accounting System and International Accounting Standards. Among the most important findings of this study is that the Financial Accounting System (SCF) provides a flexible accounting framework consistent with international standards (IAS/IFRS), and that the company applies the comprehensive acquisition cost principle (integrating customs, transit, insurance, and transport costs) in the valuation of its inventories, in addition to a strict internal documentary control system and effective mechanisms for settling annual inventory variances.
