لعور، شيماءغريب، سكينة2026-10-142026https://dspace.univ-ghardaia.edu.dz/handle/123456789/10954سعت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع التدريب في المؤسسات الاقتصادية بالتطبيق على مؤسسة الكهرباء والغاز بالمنيعة كدراسة حالة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث شملت لعينة الميدانية 50 موظفا جرى اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في جمع بياناتها على أداة الاستبانة المكونة من (16) عبارة لتقييم واقع التدريب المستمر إلى جانب الاعتماد على المقابلة كأداة بحثية أساسية لاستطلاع أراء المبحوثين تمت معالجة وتحليل البيانات المجمعة باستخدام (SPSS) وقد خلصت دراسة إلى أن التدريب يساهم بشكل فعال في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي وتطوير مهارات العاملين داخل المؤسسة الاقتصاديةThis study aimed to identify the reality of training in economic enterprises, applying a case study on the Electricity and Gas Company of Blida. To achieve the study's objectives and test its hypotheses, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. The study sample included 50 employees selected randomly. For data collection, the study relied on a questionnaire consisting of (16) statements to evaluate the reality of continuous training, alongside the interview as a primary research tool to survey the respondents' opinions. The collected data were processed and analyzed using (SPSS). The study concluded that training contributes effectively to improving job performance and developing the skills of employees within the economic enterpriseالتدريب، المؤسسة الاقتصادية.Thesis
