This study explores the role of digital governance as a strategic framework for enhancing information security by analyzing the core concepts associated with these two interconnected fields. The study achieves its objectives by clarifying the nature of digital governance and analyzing its direct impact on fortifying the information environment against cyber risks. Furthermore, the research examines the prominent challenges and constraints organizations face when implementing governance standards.
