علاقة القيادة التبادلية بتمكين العاملين " دراسة حالة لعينة من المعلمين في المدارس الابتدائية في بلدية غرداية"

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة القيادة التبادلية بتمكين العاملين وقد تم اختيار06مؤسساتابتدائية في بلدية غرداية للقيام بالدراسة الميدانية. و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم الاستبيان مكون من40فقرة لجمع المعلومات الأولية من المعلمين و المعلمات في المؤسسات الابتدائية والمكون من 90 مفردة ، و قد اعتمدت الدراسة في تحليل بيانات الاستبيان على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) ،كما تم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة منها معامل لبيرسون و الاختبار الاحصائي One Way ANOVA و المتوسط الحسابي ،الانحراف المعياري و كذلك معامل ألفا كرو نباخ لمعرفة مدى صدق و الثبات الاستبيان حيث بلغ معامل الثبات 0.78 و ذلك لتحليل و تفسير نتائج الدراسة الميدانية و اختبار الفرضيات و تم التوصل الدراسة إلى نتائج نذكرها فيما يلي: - ليس هناك مستوى عال لممارسة مديري المدارس الابتدائية في بلدية غرداية للقيادة التبادلية من وجهة نظر عينة من المعلمين إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.16).. - ليس هناك مستوى عال لتمكين العاملين في المدارس الابتدائية في بلدية غرداية من وجهة نظر عينة من المعلمين ، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (1.96). - هناك علاقة ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند المستوى (0.05≥α) بين ممارسة مديري المدارس الابتدائية للقيادة التبادلية في بلدية غرداية ومستوى التمكين من وجهة نظر عينة من المعلمين. The study aimed to identify the relationship of mutual leadership to empoweringworkers, and 06 primary institutions were selected in the municipality of Ghardaia to carry out the study of Lidania. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, then designing a questionnaire consisting of 40 items to collect preliminary information from teachers in primary institutions, whichconsisted of 90 items.Statistical methods to achieve the objectives of the study, including Pearson’s coefficient, the One Way ANOVA, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, as well as the Cranach’s alpha coefficient to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire(0.78). Rememberitbelow: - There is a high standard for the practice of school principal’s primary school in the municipality of Ghardaia exchange for leadership from a sample view of teachers as the arithmetic average (2.16). -There is a high level to enable workers in primary schools in the municipality of Ghardaia from a sample view of teachers, reaching arithmetic average (1.96). -There is a positive relationship statistically significant at the level (0.05≥α)between the practice of elementary school principals leadership reciprocity in Ghardaia Municipality and the level of empowerment from the point of view of a sample of teachers.
