مقاومة التغيير وعلاقتها بكفاءة الأداء دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة سونلغاز )فرع غرداية(

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على واقع مقاومة التغيير وعلاقتها بكفاءة الأداء في مؤسسة سونلغاز بفرع غرداية، بالإضافة إلى تحديد مستوى كل من مقاومة التغيير وكفاءة الأداء لدى موظفي هذه المؤسسة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة إعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث إستخدمت أداة الإستبيان في جمع البيانات حول موضوع الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى بعض الأساليب الإحصائية الخاصة ببرنامج spss v 24.0 . ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة نذكر من بينها: - يوجد مستوى عال من مقاومة التغيير لدى موظفي مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع غرداية. - يوجد مستوى عال من كفاءة الأداء لدى موظفي مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع غرداية. - توجد علاقة إيجابية قوية بين مقاومة التغيير وكفاءة الأداء في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع غرداية. وفي الأخير توصي هذه الدراسة بالتعامل مع مقاومة التغيير بطريقة تمكن من ضمان عدم عرقلة تطوير كفاءة الأداء.This study aims to shed light on the reality of resistance to change and its relationship to performance efficiency in Sonelgaz Corporation in Ghardaia branch, in addition to determining the level of both resistance to change and performance efficiency of the employees of this institution, and in order to achieve the objectives of this study, this study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, Where the questionnaire tool was used to collect data on the subject of the study, in addition to some statistical methods related to the spss v 24.0 program. Among the results reached in this study, we mention among them: - There is a high level of resistance to change among the employees of Sonelgaz, Ghardaia branch. - There is a high level of performance efficiency among the employees of Sonelgaz, Ghardaia branch. - There is a strong positive relationship between resistance to change and performance efficiency in Sonelgaz, Ghardaia branch. Finally, this study recommends dealing with resistance to change in a way that enables to ensure that the development of performance efficiency is not hindered
