Polygamy was not an exile in pre-Islamic civilizations, but it was
not systematic or conditions and controls, but it received the first reform

wives in order to ensure justice among them if the need arises To him,

The Algerian legislator, in his amendment of the Family Code
05/02, did not prohibit polygamy as the Tunisian legislator did. The
