أخلاقيات المهنة الطبية وأثرها في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية الصحية – دراسة ميدانية المؤسسة الاستشفائية د/ ترشين براهيم بغرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر اخلاقيات المهنة الطبية في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية ، حيث ان معظم المؤسسات الاستشفائية تسعى إلى تحسين جودة خدمتها من اجل الحفاظ على صورتها وسمعتها وإنعكاسات هذا التحليل على أخلاقيات المهنة .وكدا العمل على تحسين جودة الخدمات الاستشفائية العمومية وكدا العمل على التعريف والوعي لأهمية أخلابقيات المهنة الطبية لدىالاطباء و الممرضين والفنيين والصيادلة وما مدى تأثيرها على جودة الخدمة المقدمة ا للمؤسسة كالعمل على تحسينها وتطويرها . كقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على استبياف تضمن أسئلة متعلقة بدحورين ، كل بؿور يصب في فكرة فرضيات الد راسة، كقد تم توزيعو على مستول مؤسسة الاستشفائية د. ترشتُ ابراىيم بولاية غرداية، كقد اعتمدنا في التحليل بيانات الاستبيانات على برنامج ابغزمة الإحصائية للعلو الاجتماعية ) SPSS ( كبرنامج معافً ابعداكؿ الالكتًكني ( EXCEL (كلاختبار الفرضيات استخدمنا اختبار فرؽ ابؼتوسطتُ ) Independent_Samplest_test .) وفي الاخير خلصت دراستنا الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ان توصلت الدراسة كذلك إن المؤسسة الاستشفائية د. ترشتُ ابرهيم بغرداية تسعى و واعية لأهمية اخلابقيات المهنة الطبية ولكن مازال اهتمامها مركزا على بعض جوانب جودة الخدمة وجودة بعض نقص في الجانب الاخلاقي للمهنة من خلال تركيزىا على الجوانب التنظيمية والادارية لتحسين الخدمة المقدمةThis study aims at clarifying the impact of medical ethics in improving the quality of public service, as most hospital institutions seek to improve the quality of their service in order to maintain their image and reputation and the implications of this analysis on professional ethics. And this work to improve the quality of hospital services The general and the work on the definition and awareness of the importance of the ethics of the medical profession among doctors, nurses, technicians and pharmacists and how they affect the quality of the service offered to the institution and work to improve it and develop it. In our study, we have adopted a questionnaire containing questions on two axes, each with the idea of study hypotheses, which has been distributed at the hospital institution level. Bribing Ibrahim, Ghardaia state, we have adopted in the analysis the questionnaire data on the Social Sciences Statistical Package Programme (SPSS) The Spreadsheet Wizard Program (EXCEL) and for hypothesis testing we used the intermediate difference test (independent_samplest_test).
