dc.description.abstract The aim of this study was to identify the level of use of organizational conflict management strategies at the Directorate of domain in Ouargla. The researcher in this study relied on descriptive and questionnaires as methods of data collection This study included (134) employees of the Directorate of domain in Ouargla., this study has (67 sample) employees, and showed many results ,that there is a use of organizational conflict management strategies in Directorate of domain in Ouargla, at an average level, the compromise strategy was followed by the strategy of collaboration, followed by the strategy of competition, followed by the strategy of indulgence , in the last the strategy of avoidance. The study also showed significant differences in the level of use of organizational conflict management strategies due to personal variables (age, gender). And the absence of statistically significant differences due to(scientific qualification, Career Level, years of service EN_en
