مساهمة محرجات التعليم العالي في تلبية متطلبات سوق الشغل من وجهة نظر عينة من مسؤولي التوظيف بالمؤسسات الإقتصادية الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية غرداية

Abstract

أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على مدى مساهمة مخرجات التعليم العالي في تلبية متطلبات سوق لمؤسسات الاقتصادية الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية غرداية. 􀊪 الشغل من وُجهة نظر عينة من مسؤولي التوظيف ت بولاية غرداية، كما 􀊮 وللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة تم جمع إحصائيات حول الموضوع من مختلف المدير لولاية، وكذا استخدام أداة الاستبيان. 􀊪 تم إجراء مقابلات مع مجموعة من المسؤولين عن قطاع التشغيل لمؤسسات الاقتصادية الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية 􀊪 وقد تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مسؤولي التوظيف غرداية البالغ عددها 378 مؤسسة، تم اختيار 115 مسؤولا منهم بطريقة عشوائية كعينة، وُزّع عليهم الاستبيان المعتمد في هذه الدراسة، وقد تم استرجاع 100 استبيان أي بنسبة 86.95 % كلها صالحة للدراسة والتحقيق. تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في التحقق من أهداف الدراسة التي خلصت إلى أن مخرجات التعليم العالي أغلبها بتخصصات لا تتوافق مع متطلبات سوق الشغل، كما أنّ هذه المؤسسات توفر أعدادا من الخريجين دون القيام بدراسة دقيقة لما يطلبه سوق الشغل، أمّا عن جودة الخريجين فهي لم ترق بعد للمستوى المطلوب وهذا من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة. كما تم التوصل إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تُعزى للعوامل الشخصية (الجنس، السن، المستوى أو لطبيعة المؤسسة (معيار الملكية، نوع القطاع ،(DRH الدراسي، الأقدمية في منصب مدير للموارد البشرية الذي تنشط فيه، أقدميتها) حول مخرجات التعليم العاليThis study was conducted in order to identify the contribution of the outputs of higher education to meet the requirements of the labor market from the point of view of a sample of employment officials of small and medium economic enterprises in the district of Ghardaia. To achieve the aims of this study, many statistics about the topic have been collected from different directorates of the district of Ghardaia, and a number of interviews have been made with a group of officials from the employment sector in ghardaia, as well as using the questionnaire tool. The study population is composed from all the employement officials of small and medium economic enterprises in the district of Ghardaia reaching the number 378, 115 responsible among them have have been chosen randomly as a sample,They have been given the authorized questionnaire in this study. It‘s worth mentioning that only 100 questionnaire have been recuperated, in the rate of 86.95% all are valid for both the study and investigation. The descriptive approach was adopted in the verification of the objectives of the study, which concluded that that most specialities of higher education outputs do not meet the requirements of the labor market, and these institutions provide numbers of graduates without doing a thorough study of what the labor market demands.As for the quality of graduates, they have not reached the level and this from the point of view of the sample members. There were also no statistically significant differences due to personal factors (gender, age, level of study, seniority in HRD position) or the nature of the enterprise (the criterion of ownership, the type of sector in which it is active, its seniority) about higher education outputs.
