dc.description.abstract This study aims to identify the extent to which modern technology facilitates postal services by the State of Ghardaia by providing its services represented in : the Foundation’s website and « gold card » services, In order to reach the objectives of the study, the descriptive curriculum and case study were based on the electronic questionnaire tool. The study community is one of the main holding clients of Algiers Post in Ghardaia, Where 72 questionnaires were distributed, A total of 68 questionnaires were returned or 94,44%, and the data obtained was analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS) in 20 and 25 copies. After theoretical and applied study of the subject matter, the following findings were reached : - The use of modern technology including electronic services, overcomes most important problems and difficulties. - Useing electronic services at Algiers Post works to reduce costs and working procedures. - Algiers Post Corporation in Ghardaia is seeking to simplify the procedures for the use of modern technology. - The use of modern technology has an impact on the performance of electronic services at Algiers Post in Ghardaia. - Algiers Post Corporation in Ghardaia seeks to manage its electronic services by keeping pace with the developments of modern technology.
