dc.description.abstract Praise be to God Almighty for facilitating and assisting the preparation of this memorandum, I ask Him Almighty for more success and payment, and the following is the most prominent of what I dealt with in this research: Scholars have two directions in explaining the nature of the error: the jurists and the fundamentalists, and the comprehensive definition is “what falls on the one who is charged with the opposite of what is correct.” Forgetting, forgetfulness and heedlessness have the same meaning, even if the expressions are different. The error is also in purity in terms of intention, whether in ablution or tayammum. Then she clarified the error in issues related to prayer and the rulings related to facing the qiblah. - Then I explained the rulings for error in matters related to prayer, as well as the rulings for heading towards the qiblah. - Then the rules of error in matters related to fasting were clarified and what are the cases in which the taxpayer is mistaken in breaking the fast or having intercourse or in determining the fast of a day of Ramadan. - Then I clarified the issues related to zakat, and is it acceptable to take out the absent money, assuming its safety, then the error in the zakat expenditure, which is detailed by the jurists. - Then the rulings related to the mistake made in Hajj were clarified, and that the one who made a mistake in Arafat is sufficient for that, and that the one who is trapped is only from an enemy. - Then I explained the rulings on wearing sewn clothes and whoever touches perfume from the forbidden, so whoever commits that mistake is excused and does not have to pay a ransom, and whoever makes a mistake at the meeqa is obligatory for him to sacrifice. - Then she explained in the second topic, and in the first requirement, she touched on issues related to forgetting about purity (ablution and ghusl), in which forgetting about conciliation and arrangement and the consequent rulings, then touched on issues related to menstruating women. Then, in the second requirement, I clarified the provisions of forgetfulness related to making up the prayers while traveling. Then, in the third requirement, I clarified the provisions of forgetfulness in matters related to the addition and subtraction of forgetfulness in prayer. - Then I explained in the third topic and in the first requirement of it to the provisions of forgetting in fasting and i’tikaaf, so the issues of forgetting about fasting were explained in detail, then the issues related to i’tikaaf and the evidence Evidence for this, then in the second requirement, the provisions of forgetting in matters related to Hajj, and the ruling on one who did a prohibited act of the prohibitions of Hajj by forgetting. In the end, I ask God to accept our good deeds and words, and to be pure for His Noble Face. May God bless Muhammad and his family and companions, peace and blessings be .upon him, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds EN_en
