تبيين المحارم "لمؤلفه سينان الدين الأماسي1000ه (تحقيق باب قذف المحصنات)

Abstract

تلقي هذه الرسالة الضوء على موضوع تحقيق ودراسة لبابين من مخطوط تبيين المحارم في القرآن الكريم للإمام سنان الدين الأماسي الواعظ الحنفي ألا وهما: باب قذف المحصنات، والذي يطرح الإشكالية التالية: ما منظور سنان الدين الأماسي لتلك المحارم؟ وما السبيل والمنهج الذي سلكه لبيانها؟ وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية قسمت الرسالة إلى فصلين، الفصل الأول لدراسة المخطوط، والفصل الثاني لتحقيق نص المخطوط فبالنسبة للفصل الأول: فقد احتوى على مبحثين، المبحث الأول فمحور الحديث فيه كان حول ترجمة المؤلف (سنان الدين الأماسي)، ويتضمن سيرته الذاتية، وسيرته العلمية وآثاره، ونبذة عن عصره الذي عايشه أماّ المبحث الثاني فكان حول ترجمة المؤلف (كتاب تبيين المحارم في القرآن الكريم) وقد شمل تحقيق عنوان الكتاب وتوثيق نسبة المؤلف له، ولدراسة النسخ الخطية المعتمدة من المخطوط. أمّاّ الفصل الثاني: فكان لتحقيق النص وقد وفقت في تحقيق باب منه وهو باب قذف المحصنات ويتضمن تعريف القذف، وشروطه، وأحكامه. أمّا الخاتمة: فهي عبارة عن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال هذا البحث، ويمكن صياغة بعضها بالقول: أنّ سنان الدين الأماسي من أعظم المفسرين العثمانيين الذين حملوا لواء التفسير الموضوعي على عاتقهم، وبينو مناهجه وأسسه التي يقوم عليها. كما يمثل لنا سنان الدين الأماسي النجم الساطع الذي لمع في القرن العاشر هجري الذي وسم بالجمود الفكري والتعصب المذهبي من خلال مؤلفه كتاب تبيين المحارم الذي كشف الداء وبين الدواء من القرآن الكريم. ومن خلال الدراسة والبحث أوصت الرسالة بتوجيهات أهمها: - ضرورة إتمام تحقيق الأبواب المتبقية من هذا المخطوط الغني بالمادة العلمية، وشمولية موضوعاته - الرجوع إلى الأصالة العلمية المتمثلة في تحقيق المخطوطات This letter sheds light on the subject of an investigation and study of two sections of the manuscript showing incest in the Qur'an of Imam Sinan al-Din al-Amaya al-Hanafi, namely: the door of extoling the fortified, and the door to the removal of the reactionary aggressor which poses the following problem: what is the perspective of the teeth of the asks religion of such incest?
