The aime of this research is to identify the psychic processes used by the
physically disabled person by formulating the following hypothesis: The
physically disabled person uses processes characterized by avoiding
conflicts and remaining rigid. We used the clinical approach, which allows
us to experiment a case-by-case study, where we relied on thimatic
apperception test that was applied on three cases of people with acquired
and congenital motor disabilities. After analyzing the content of the clinical
interview as well as analyzing the protocols of the thimatic apperception
test quantitatively and qualitatively in which these processes are then
extracted through the screening tally sheet of vica Shentoub, )1990(
د
After analyzing the results of the quantitative and qualitative cases
protocol, the study concluded that the physically disabled person uses a
variety of processes, namely:
Rigidity type processes: 31.44% , Labile processes: 11.30% , Conflict
avoidance: 52.08%, Emergence of primary processes 5.15%
otherwise, the distinct processes of states are contexts for avoiding conflict
and rigidity, and this has been proven through the hypothesis of the study. |
