dc.description.abstract The entomological biodiversity study is being carried out in the Ghardaïa region at three stations (Oued Derin, Noumérat, Metlili). Sampling is carried out from December 2022 until May 2023. Two sampling methods were used to capture insects (Barber pots, yellow traps) twice a month . This work allowed the enumeration of 67 species divided into 3 classes (Arachnids, Crustaceans and Insects) and 09 orders and 38 families. According to the orders, the Diptera which dominate. Of this order, the family Bombyliidae contributes with a large number of individuals. The results of the study of ecological diversity indices (between 3.90 and 4.05 bits), equitability is 0.84 in the Oued Derin station, a value of 0.86 was recorded in Metlili, as well as in Noumérat, the value noted was 0.96. Equitability is therefore very close to 1, implying that individuals tend to equilibrate in the environment. Oued Derin station is home to a large number and remarkable diversity of insects, giving it considerable ecological and entomological value and interest. It remains to be seen whether this effect is due to plant diversity. EN_en
