دور الادارة الرقمية في تحسين أداء موظفي مصلحة شؤون الطلبة بالمؤسسات الجامعية -دراسة ميدانية بجامعة غرداية-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الإدارة الرقمية في تحسين أداء موظفي مصلحة شؤون الطلبة بجامعة غرداية وأهمية هذه التحسينات في الخدمات الإدارية المصلحة وآراء الطلبة المستفيدين من هذه الخدمات. بالإضافة إلى أننا حاولنا الإلمام بأساسيات الإدارة الرقمية التي تعتبر وسيلة من وسائل التسيير الإداري، مما يضمن الفعالية للمصلحة. اتبعنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وقد تم توزيع استبيانات تتعلق بتجميع المعلومات اللازمة في موضوعنا على عينة لـ30 موظف من مصلحة شؤون الطلبة و75 طالب، وذلك باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS النسخة رقم 24، وبرنامج Excelلتحليل البيانات ومن ثم تفسيرها والتعليق عليها. كما توصلنا إلى نتائج أهمها:الإدارة الرقمية هي إدخال تكنولوجيا المعلومات داخل المؤسسات حيث يتطلب ذلك تغيير الهيكل التنظيمي والموارد البشرية المناسبة لمتطلبات الإدارة الرقمية؛ مصلحة شؤون الطلبة عنصر أساسي في الهيكل التنظيمي للمؤسسات الجامعية، فهي تعمل على الربط بين الجامعة والطالب وفق أساليب إدارية حديثة. The study aimed to know the role of digital administration in improving the performance of the staff of the Student Affairs Department at Ghardaïa University, the importance of these improvements in the administration's administrative services, and the opinions of students who benefit from these services. In addition, we have tried to familiarize ourselves with the basics of digital management, which is considered a means of administrative management, which guarantees effectiveness for the interest. In this study, we followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and questionnaires related to collecting the necessary information in our topic were distributed to a sample of 30 employees of the Student Affairs Authority and 75 students, using the statistical program for social sciences SPSS version No. 24, and the Excel program to analyze the data and then interpret and comment on it. We also reached the most important results: Digital management is the introduction of information technology within institutions, as this requires changing the organizational structure and human resources appropriate to the requirements of digital management; The Department of Student Affairs is an essential element in the organizational structure of university institutions, as it works to link the university and the student according to modern administrative methods.
