ETUDE DE LA STABILITE DU LASER

Abstract

Cette thèse représente l’étude de la stabilisation d’un laser à semi-conducteur dans une liaison de télécommunication optique. .Dans la partie théorique, nous avons faire une clarification sur les semi-conducteurs a une liaison de télécommunication par fibre optique requiert la génération du signal, la propagation et la détection en réception. Elles sont assurées par l’interface optique d’émission qui a pour le rôle de transforme le signal électrique en signal optique. Il contient principalement le composant optoélectronique d’émission, qui peut être une diode électroluminescente DEL ou une diode LASER. Dans ce travail, nous nous sommes focalisés plus particulièrement sur l’étude des effets de la température sur la variation des caractéristiques du laser. ...This thesis represents the study of the stability of a semiconductor laser in an optical telecommunication link. In the theoretical part, we have a clarification on Semiconductors to an optical fiber telecommunication link require signal generation, propagation and reception detection. They are provided by the optical transmission interface which has for the role of transforms the electrical signal into an optical signal. It mainly contains the emission optoelectronic component, which may be a LED or a LASER diode. In this work, we focused more particularly on the study of the effects of temperature on the variation of the characteristics of the laser.
