dc.description.abstract Traffic jams, traffic jams and wasted time are among the most important problems resulting from lack of parking spaces, lack of intelligent parking management, increasing population in cities and increasing of the number of vehicles from day to day. day. Thanks to new technologies of automated parking systems, scientists and experts have already found a solution to these problems, and major countries have already implemented these technologies. In this thesis, we will study one such technique that helps establish intelligent parking management systems using the Arduino program. In this research, smart parking lots were studied with the aim of finding practical solutions by allowing parking in busy areas where land prices are high and reflecting a civilized image of the city. The study aims and focuses on theoretical and practical aspects, and the theoretical aspect deals with a theoretical overview of parking lots, their definition and types. The causes of the problem were also explained. The practical aspect was based on the choice of a type of smart parking. A simplified model of smart parking was made to illustrate the idea of how parking works, and computer programs were used to simulate the These images from the simulation were also included in the third chapter EN_en
