حاضرة ورقلة خلال العهد العثماني

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة الموسومة حاضرة ورقلة خلال العهد العثماني، وهي دراسة تقدم لنا صورة عن ورقلة والمجريات التي عرفتها خلال الفترة العثمانية، فقد قسمت هذه الدراسة من حيث الخطة إلى ثلاثة فصول، أولها يتضمن اصل التسمية للحاضرة والتي تعددت حسب الرحالة والمؤرخين وتتبع تاريخ تأسيسها، و دراسة الموقع الجغرافي والفلكي، ثم الإشارة إلى التركيبة البشرية. وفي الفصل الثاني تناولت الأوضاع السياسية للحاضرة خلال الفترة العثمانية، وقد ركزت فيه على علاقة السلطة العثمانية مع ورقلة بقيام حملات عسكرية على المنطقة وفرض الضرائب عليها، والأوضاع السياسية بالمنطقة قبل قيام امارة آل اعلاهم وظهور كل من مشيخة آل بابية وبني جلاب و صراعهما المبني بهدف سقوط امارة آل اعلاهم. أما في الفصل الثالث فقد تعرضت للوضع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي للحاضرة خلال الفترة العثمانية، وبدأت أولا بالجانب الاقتصادي المتمثل في الزراعة والتجارة بالدرجة الأولى، أهمها في تصدير التمور التي تعد المصدر المهم في التجارة خاصة مع بلاد السودان، ومرور القوافل التجارية وركب الحجيج الآتي من المغرب كونها بوابة الصحراء قد زاد للمنطقة أهمية، والوضع الاجتماعي المتمثل في الصراع العشائري و بروز ما يعرف بالصفوف والتي انقسمت على الأحياء الثلاثة بورقلة حي بني سيسين وبني وقين وبني إبراهيم، والإشارة إلى ظاهرة التبرك بأولياء وزيارة الأضرحة، أما بالنسبة للوضع الثقافي فقد تناولت فيه الحياة الثقافية وذكرت أهم المكتبات بورقلة، والعلماء الذين ساهموا في نشر التعليم الديني، كما أشرت إلى الحياة الدينة المتمثلة في المساجد وكثرتها على المذهبين المالكي والإباضي، وتحدثت عن المناسبات الدينية في ورقلة. In chapter III, she was exposed to the economic, social and cultural situation in her presence. Ouargla during the Ottoman period, divided it into three investigations.The first research includes the economic aspect of agriculture and trade primarily, the most important of which is the export of dates, which is the important source of trade especially with Sudan, in addition to the passage of commercial convoys and the ride of Hajij from Morocco as the gateway to the Sahara has increased the importance of the region. The second examined the social situation of clan conflict and the emergence of the so-called rows that divided the three neigh bourhoods in Ouargla, BeniSisin, BeniOuaquin and Beni Ibrahim and referring to the social phenomenon prevalent at the time by visiting shrines and blessing good parents, as for the cultural situation in which it dealt with cultural life and mentioned the most important libraries in Ouargla, some scholars who contributed to the dissemination of religious education, also referred to the religious life of mosques and abundant on the Maliki and Ibadi denominations, and talked about religious events in Ouargla
