| dc.description.abstract | The primary objective of this study is to investigate and identify the role of digitalization in achieving management excellence within educational institutions. The study focuses on a specific sample of educational establishments, namely primary and middle schools in the scientific zone of Bounoura municipality, Ghardaia province. To achieve the study’s objectives, a descriptive-analytical methodology was employed, as it aligns with the nature of both the theoretical and empirical aspects of the research. Data collection was conducted through a comprehensive survey method (total population sampling), utilizing observation and questionnaires as primary research instruments. The findings indicate that management within educational institutions must expand the integration of digital tools to streamline and simplify administrative procedures. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the necessity of providing technical support and training for administrative staff to enhance their proficiency in digital software and systems. Additionally, the results advocate for strengthening the "Teacher’s Space" digital platform to ensure effective communication with school administration, as well as enhancing the "Parents’ Space" platform to facilitate the delivery of educational and administrative services and simplify the monitoring of students' concerns. | EN_en |
