Abstract:
The current study aimed to reveal the extent to which strategic
thinking contributes to predicting organizational excellence among
primary education principals from the teachers’ point of view. The
descriptive approach was used, which is consistent with the nature of
the study topic. In order to collect data on the study topic, the
strategic thinking questionnaire was used. Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz
Muhammad Al-Khar'an, and the Organizational Acumen
Questionnaire for Tahani Hashem Mashahra The study was applied
to a sample of 133 male and female professors. After collecting and
tabulating the data, the hypotheses were tested using the statistical
package (SPSS) The following results were reached:
The level of strategic thinking practice among primary education
principals, from the teachers' perspective, is high.
The level of organizational proficiency of primary school
principals, from the teachers' point of view, is high.
Strategic thinking contributes to the prediction of organizational
dexterity among primary school principals from the teachers'
perspective.
There are no statistically significant differences in the strategic
thinking of primary school principals from the teachers’ point of view, depending on the variable of gender, professional
experience, and the interaction between them..
