Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الأداء المالي لمؤسسة AlfaPipe الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب، باستخدام نموذج DuPont، وهو إطار تحليلي معتمد يُفكك العائد على حقوق الملكية (ROE) إلى ثلاثة مكونات رئيسية: هامش الربح الصافي، دوران الأصول، والرافعة المالية. وقد شمل التحليل الفترة من 2020 إلى 2022، وكشف أن المؤسسة تكبدت خسائر متتالية، بلغت ذروتها سنة 2022، حيث قاربت نسبة الخسارة 100% من حقوق المساهمين.
ورغم تسجيل تحسن طفيف في معدل دوران الأصول، إلا أن ذلك لم يكن كافيًا لتعويض التكاليف التشغيلية المرتفعة وضعف الكفاءة. أما الرافعة المالية، فظلت في مستويات معتدلة، لكنها لم تُحقق عوائد إيجابية بسبب الأداء السلبي لبقية المكونات. وتُبرز هذه النتائج أهمية عدم الاكتفاء بالمؤشرات الكمية فقط، بل ضرورة دمجها مع العوامل التشغيلية والمالية والسوقية عند تقييم الأداء المالي
This study aimed to evaluate the financial performance of the Algerian pipe manufacturing company AlfaPipe using the DuPont model, a widely recognized framework that breaks down Return on Equity (ROE) into three key components: net profit margin, asset turnover, and financial leverage. The analysis covered the period from 2020 to 2022 and revealed that the company experienced consecutive losses, with a particularly severe decline in 2022, where losses approached 100% of shareholders’ equity.
While the company showed slight improvement in asset turnover, this was not enough to offset high operational costs and weak efficiency. Financial leverage remained at moderate levels, but due to the negative performance of the other components, it failed to generate positive returns. These findings underscore the importance of not only relying on quantitative indicators but also incorporating operational, financial, and market factors when assessing financial performance.
The study concludes with recommendations for AlfaPipe to re-evaluate its economic model, improve cost management, and adopt a multidimensional approach to financial analysis that combines both quantitative and qualitative tools for better decision-making and long-term sustainability
