Abstract:
Facebook is one of the most important and most widely used 
social networking sites, similar to other social networking sites, 
and this is due to the features and characteristics that it contains. 
Informing the public of all the developments, news and other 
services according to the institution, which made it move away 
from the traditional media that cost time and money, and among 
these administrations we chose the municipality of Zalvana, 
Ghardaia, and the reality of its use of the Facebook site. And we 
used the questionnaire, which contains 19 questions and 100 
individuals from the research community, from which we 
extracted a number of results after analyzing the data, which is that 
the municipality’s Facebook page does not look much to its 
audience, does not care about the moment in its publications, and 
lacks interaction because of its lack of interest in answering the 
concerns of citizens. . 
While the rating of the page was average, it also contributed 
to bringing the administration closer to the citizen.
