Abstract:
تشكل التكنولوجيا الرقمية القوة الدافعة الرئيسية لرسم ملامح القرن الحادي والعشرين. فدخول تكنولوجيا المعلومات
والإتصال والتنظيم الإلكتروني في المجال الإداري، يعد الأكثر تأثيرا على العمل الإداري لضمان الكفاءة الخدماتية، من خلال
تطبيق نظام الإدارة الإلكترونية، في محاولة لتغيير الطرق التقليدية لتجويد الخدمة العمومية.
تتناول الدراسة الحالية مساهمة نظام الإدارة الإلكترونية - كأحد مخرجات تأثير التكنولوجيا الرقمية على العمل الإداري - في
تكريس الكفاءة والشفافية تحقيقا للجودة في تقديم الخدمة العمومية، من خلال تحليل أهم المداخل الوظيفية للإدارة الإلكترونية،
مع طرح نموذج لهذا المسار في قطاع العدالة – المؤسسات الإصلاحية نموذجا - وطرح تجارب دولية رائدة في هذا المجالDigital technology is the main driving force shaping the twenty-first century. The

service efficiency through the application of the electronic management system, in an attempt
to change the traditional methods of improving public service.
The current study deals with the contribution of the electronic management system - as one
of the outputs of the impact of digital technology on administrative work - in devoting
efficiency and transparency in order to achieve quality in the provision of public service, By
