Abstract:
L’étude de la caractéristique physico -chimique et microbiologique des eaux
d’lghaba au Ghardaïa réalisée sur base d’un échantillonnage de 8 puits révèle
l’existence d’une pollution biologique qui se traduit par la présence de germes
totaux à 22°C et à 37° C ,coliformes totaux ,coliformes fécaux ,Escherichia coli et
streptocoque D ,ce qui rend ces eaux impropres à la consommation humaine par
rapport aux normes d’OMS. دراسة الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية والميكروبيولوجية للمياه
تم إجراء عملية الحفرة بغرداية على أساس عينة من 8 آبار تم الكشف عنها
وجود التلوث البيولوجي الذي ينتج عنه وجود الجراثيم
المجموع عند 22 درجة مئوية و37 درجة مئوية، مجموع القولونيات، القولونيات البرازية، الإشريكية القولونية و
Streptococcus D، مما يجعل هذه المياه غير صالحة للاستهلاك البشري
مقارنة بمعايير منظمة الصحة العالمية. The study of phisique and chimique and microbiologicale characterizaton of
water of sabil in ghardaia made on the basis of 30 sampes , reveals a biological
pollution that results in the presence of total bacteria at 22°C and at 37 °C ,totale
coliforms ,Eschirichia coli and streptococcus, which makes the water unfit for
humain consumption by OMS
